磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察口腔修复应用磁性附着体的效果。方法选取2016年1月-2016年12月医治的108例牙列缺损义齿修复患者临床资料,按不同修复方案分两组,每组54例,对照组行传统铸造卡环固位体修复,观察组行磁性附着体修复,比较两组修复6个月的固定力、咀嚼效率及牙周健康,修复1年后的牙齿松动度。结果观察组修复6个月后的固定力(4.07±0.39)N、咀嚼效率(0.84±0.26)%均比对照组大(P<0.05);观察组修复1年后Ⅰ度松动率83.33%比对照组0.00%高,Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度松动率16.67%、0.00%均比对照组81.48%、18.52%低(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复应用磁性附着体能增强牙齿固定力,提高咀嚼效率,减少牙松动,保护牙周健康,效果良好。Objective To observe the effect of applying dental attachments on magnetic attachments. Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with dentition defect prostheses who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to different repair protocols. 54 patients in each group. After repair,the observation group was treated with magnetic attachments. The fixation force,chewing efficiency,and periodontal health were compared between the two groups after 6 months of repair,and the degree of tooth loosening after 1 year was compared. Results The fixation force（ 4. 07 ± 0. 39） N and chewing efficiency（ 0. 84 ± 0. 26） % in the observation group after 6 months of repair were all greater than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The rate of relaxation of the first degree after observation in the observation group was 83. 33% after 1 year of repair. The control group was0. 00% high,and the second and third degree loosening rates were 16. 67% and 0. 00%,respectively,lower than the control group 81. 48% and 18. 52%（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The application of magnetic attachments to dental prostheses can enhance the fixation of teeth,improve the mastication efficiency,reduce loosening of teeth,and protect the periodontal health.
