摘　　要：通过研究生产性实训基地的基本含义、投资形式和应发挥的作用,总结了各投资方的利益诉求,从基地正常发挥作用的角度分析了基地正常运转的基本要求,并提出了兼顾各方利益的基地共建共享合作机制。Based on the basic meaning, the investment form and the function of the productive training base, the interest demands of each investor are summarized. From the perspective of the normal functioning of the base, the basic requirements for the normal operation of the base are analyzed. Finally, a co-construction and sharing mechanism for balancing the interests of all sides is put forward.
