摘  要:行为药理学实验是医学热点研究领域中抗老年痴呆药物研究的重要环节。为了使大学生了解学习抗老年痴呆药物药效学实验方法,文章采用多媒体网络技术设计了抗老年痴呆药物药效研究虚拟实验软件:以石杉碱甲为模型药物,多奈哌齐为阳性对照,采用Morris水迷宫实验测定大鼠的空间记忆功能,根据实验过程中产生的真实数据,运用软件工具,建立网络化虚拟实验软件。该软件经学生使用证明,在避免大量动物损失的条件下,有助于在大范围学生中开展科研性质的实验训练,以有效拓展学生知识领域。Behavioral pharmacology experiment is an important part of research on medicine for Alzheimer's disease. In order to help undergraduates master the methods for researching noo-tropic drugs for the disease, a virtual experiment software is designed by using multimedia and net-work technology. Taking huperzine A as a model drug and donepezil as a positive control, spatial learning and memory functions of rats were measured by Morris water maze test. Based on the real data generated from the experiment, the network-based virtual experiment software was des-igned. The software contributes to strengthening the students scientific research training and ex-panding their medical knowledge.
