摘　　要：随着医学教育的迅速发展以及社会文化的不断变革,传统的临床教学方法已经无法满足现代医学教育的需求。文章结合临床教学实践,介绍了OMP教学法的特点、实施步骤以及应用技巧,并在此基础上,分析、比较了PBL、OMP以及传统教学法之间的区别与应用。With the rapid development p：f medisal education and constant changes of society and culture, traditional teaching methods cannot tiaeet the needs of iTiodern clinical lxtedical edu-cation. By combining with our clinical teaching practicei this paper introduees the features, im-plementation steps and application skills of the One Minute Preceptor （OMP） inodel. On this ba-sis, it briefly analyzes and compares the differences and applications of PBT, OMP, and the traclitional teacning method.
