现代制造业完整人才培养体系“工匠精神”的内涵及培养特征——以制冷空调行业为例

摘　　要：制造业产品质量形成过程包含设计、制造、使用等3个主要过程,这3个过程中涉及到本科、高职、中职3个层次的人才,这3个层次的人才培养构成了一个完整的人才培养体系。因此现代制造业工匠精神的培养应是一个完整人才培养体系工匠精神的培养,并且不同行业、不同层次人才其工匠精神的内涵不同,培养途径不同。为此,本文以制冷空调行业为例,分析了其行业特征及工匠精神的具体内涵,阐述了现代制造业完整人才培养体系中各层次人才工匠精神的培养特征。The process of product quality formation in manufacturing industry consists of three main processes：design,manufacture and use.These three processes involve three levels of talents in undergraduate,higher vocational and secondary vocational education.The three levels of talent cultivation constitute a complete system of talent cultivation.Therefore,the cultivation of the craftsman spirit in the modern manufacturing industry should be the cultivation of the craftsman spirit in a complete talent training system,and the connotation of the craftsman spirit in different industries and different levels is different,and the ways of training are different.Taking the refrigeration and air conditioning industry as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the industry and the concrete connotation of the craftsman spirit,and expounds the training characteristics of the craftsman spirit of all levels in the modern talent training system of the manufacturing industry.
