摘　　要：西安思源学院紧密围绕区域脱贫致富需要和产业发展需求,通过构建专业集群协同管理机制、构建专业集群资源协同配置机制和构建专业集群师资协同培养机制,培育和建设专业集群,落实扶贫攻坚和区域产业发展的大政方针,提升了办学水平和优势,确立了学校在地方的重要办学地位。Focusing on the needs of regional poverty alleviation and industrial development, through establishing themechanism of specialty group coordinated management, the mechanism of resources collaborative configuration, and themechanism of teacher collaborative cultivation, Xi＇an Siyuan University constructs specialty groups, implements the policy ofpoverty alleviation and regional industrial development, promotes the school-running level and advantages, and establishes theirreplaceable status of schools in the local areas.
