高职青年教师实践教学能力提升途径探究——以西安铁路职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：近年来,职业教育快速发展,高职院校已然成为培育专业技能与工匠精神的高素质劳动者和人才的主阵地。职业技术人才的培育离不开教师,教师实践教学能力又决定了职业教育的水平。西安铁路职业技术学院提出实践了几种重要、有效提升青年教师实践教学能力的途径:顶岗实习,实践技能培训和调研,参与实训基地建设,参与多种形式校企合作,完善教师考核和激励机制,参与学生技能竞赛和创新创业指导,参与课题研究。In recent years, with the rapid development of vocational education, higher vocational colleges have become themain position for cultivating high-quality workers and talents with professional skills and craftsman spirit. The cultivation ofprofessional and technical talents is inseparable from teachers, while the practical teaching ability of teachers decides the levelof vocational education. Xi＇an Railway Vocational Technical Institute puts forward several important and effective ways toimprove young teachers＇ teaching ability： internship, practical skill training and research, participate in the construction ofpractice base, participate in a variety of forms of college-enterprise cooperation, improve teacher evaluation and incentivemechanism, participate in the instruction of student skills contest and innovation entrepreneurship, and take part in the subjectresearch.
