摘 要:针对现有雷达伺服系统的不足,基于功能模块化、硬件通用化、软件平台化的设计思路,对电气、结构接口进行标准化设计,设计出了4种PCB模块,通过"积木式"的硬件组合和统一平台下的软件配置,可衍生出3大系列,9种系统性产品,并可实现双机冗余配置。本系统控制平台基于ARM+CPLD/FPGA,功率平台基于MOSFET或IPM,通过组合形成的自研驱动器功率范围覆盖0.1~2kW,也可以通过CANopen协议与第三方电机驱动器连接,从而扩展至任意功率,兼容驱动直流有刷电机、直流无刷电机、步进电机和永磁同步电机,是全面覆盖雷达伺服系统的一整套通用化解决方案。In view of the shortage of the existing radar servo system, hardware generalization and software platform, 4 kinds of PCB modules were designed based on the design idea of function modularization. 3 series and 9 kinds of systems can be derived through the hardware combination of the “block” and the software configuration under the unified platform, as well as double redundancy configuration. The system control platform is based on ARM+CPLD/FPGA, and the power platform is based on MOSFET or IPM. The power range of self R&D driver covers from 0.1 kW to 2 kW. It can also be extended to any power range by CANopen interfacing the third party motor drives. DCBM, BLDC, stepping motor and PMSM are compatible. It is a set of general solution for the comprehensive coverage of radar servo system.
