《园林专业培训包》对高职教育环艺专业教学改革的启示

摘　　要：澳大利亚《园林专业培训包》是澳大利亚国家园林专业技术教育培训体系的核心文件。在所有级别的职业能力标准中,操作能力和应用能力突出,而不是理论知识。澳大利亚园林专业培训包在教育教学中的应用对我国高职教育环境艺术设计专业的教学改革有着重要的借鉴作用,本文通过比较分析"培训包"模式下的职业能力标准体系与我国的不同,提出澳大利亚《园林专业培训包》对我国高职环艺专业教学改革的几点启示,以期对同类专业的教学改革有所启发。Australian Agriculture,Horticulture and Conservation and Land Management Training Package is the core document of Australia＇s professional education and training system for national gardens.Among all levels of professional competency standards,operational ability and application ability are outstanding,rather than theoretical knowledge.The application of Agriculture,Horticulture and Conservation and Land Management Training Package in education and teaching has an important reference for the teaching reform of the environmental art specialty in Higher Vocational Education in China.By comparing and analyzing the different standard system of professional ability under the model of training package,this paper puts forward some enlightenments to the teaching reform of similar majors.
