摘  要:参照胡惠闵[1]给出的幼儿教师素质评价指标,以廊坊市某幼儿园教师为例,指出传统评价方法的不足,采用AHP法确定复杂因素指标的权重,利用模糊综合评判理论给出一种定量与定性相结合的评价方法,以期为完善幼儿教师素质评价提供一定的参考。By taking the teachers in a kindergarten in Langfang as a research example, this paper points out the deficiency of the traditional evaluation methods firstly with reference to the quality evaluation index of preschool teachers given by Hu Huimin; then, AHP method is used to determine the weight of complex factors. Based on the aim to provide some reference for improving the evaluation quality of preschool teachers, a quantitative and qualitative evaluation method is proposed by using the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
