新时代产教融合、校企合作创新模式的实践探索——以东北两省铁路“一企三校”合作发展共同体为例

摘　　要：从习近平总书记对职业教育工作做出重要指示和国家相关政策对产教融合、校企合作提出的要求入手,分析出产教融合成为当前高等教育改革发展的重大议题,并实施新时代产教融合、校企合作创新模式,即东北两省"一企三校"合作发展共同体。"一企三校"合作发展共同体在人才培养、专业建设、实习基地建设、师资队伍建设等方面共建共享,取得了良好效果。Through analyzing General Secretary Xi Jinping＇ s important instructions to the vocational education work and the requests proposed by relevant national policies for industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, this thesis find tat thhe industry-education integration has become one of the major issues of the reform and development of higher education, and put forward the innovation mode for industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in the new era that is the “One Enterprise, Three Schools” Cooperative Development Community. The community has achieved good effects in sharing of talent cultivation, specialty construction, practice training base construction and teaching staff construction.
