摘  要:成果导向教育以学生的学习成果为导向,以学生为主体,实施成果导向课程教学改革。以电子技术及应用课程为例,按照成果导向教育理念,采用仿真教学,教师协助学生发展知识、技能和个性,让学生在学习过程中逐渐获得成功,达到预期的学习成果。Outcome-based education is oriented to the students' learning achievement and takes the students as main body. Outcome-based curriculum teaching reform are carried out with electronic technology and application courses as an example. According to the idea of outcome-based education,using simulation teaching,teachers help students to develop knowledge,skills and personality,so that students gradually can succeed in the learning process and achieve the expected learning results.
