摘  要:2018年3月,中国科学技术大学少年班建班40周年。本文通过对少年班40年招生和培养方案的文本分析,梳理出四个变化和一个不变:选拔突出综合素质;培养目标拓展为各领域领军人才;培养过程注重多方位引导;课程模式强调加速和充实结合。但培养拔尖创新人才的宗旨始终没变。基础要"宽",定位要"精",培养要"早","育才"和"树人"并行,少年班用40年为新时代建设世界科技强国的人才培养探索出一条可行之路,为拔尖创新人才培养提供了成功范本。March 2018 witnessed the 40 th anniversary of the opening of the Special Class for the Gifted Young( SCGY) at the University of Science and Technology of China( USTC). The present study,based on a text analysis of the 40-year enrollment and training programs for the SCGY,reviews in retrospect what has been changed and what has not been changed. Specifically,the enrollment highlighted all-round quality and capability; the teaching target focused on the cultivation of leading talents in various fields; the process of cultivation stressed multi-directional guidance; the curriculum model emphasized the combination of acceleration and enrichment; but the aim of cultivating top-notch innovative talents was not changed. Stressing the "broad"foundation,"precise"orientation,"early"cultivation,and the parallel development of skills and morals,the SCGY has blazed a feasible trail over the past four decades,which offers a successful model for the cultivation of talents during the course of building China into a world power in science and technology in the new era,especially for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.
