摘  要:随着我国产业结构转型升级,对高技能应用型人才的需求更加迫切,中职教育作为技能型人才培养的主力机构受到了全社会的重视。为了确保中职教育有质量的扩大规模,均衡普职结构、降低生师比和增加财政经费投入甚为必要,而对中职教育资源承载力的研究是实现以上目标的重要前提。为系统合理评估中职教育资源承载力,在相关研究的基础上建构了完整的指标模型,包含人口承载力、人力资源承载力、物力资源承载力、财力资源承载力和统筹多种要素承载力五大指标和若干次级指标。基于该指标模型,分别从人力、物力、财力及统筹多种要素承载力四个维度提出加强我国中职教育资源承载力的对策和建议。With the upgrading and transformation of China's industrial structure, the demand for highly skilled and practical talents is more urgent. As the main training institution for skilled personnel, secondary vocational education has been paid attention by the whole society. In order to ensure the quality and the expansion of secondary vocational education, it is necessary to balance the recruitment structure and improve the ratio of teachers to students and financial investment. The study of the carrying capacity of secondary vocational education resources is an important prerequisite to achieve the objectives above. To reasonably assess the carrying capacity of secondary vocational education resources, a complete index model is constructed based on five indicators that are previous research, including population, human resources, material resources and financial resources as well as overall planning multifactor capacity. Based on the index model, this paper propose some suggestions to improve the carrying capacity of secondary vocational education resources in China from four dimensions of human resources, material resources and financial resources as well as overall planning multifactor capacity.
