摘 要:目前,对民国时期北京政府的中央教育行政机构特别是教育部的研究主要涉及教育部的内设机构及其改革,教育总长的选任及教育部与大学、民间教育组织、教师运动等方面的关系。这些研究在方法上主要承袭了传统的教育制度史、思想史的路径;在内容方面,研究的同质化倾向较为突出;在史料运用方面,探寻范围有待拓展。可结合社会史、文化史等领域开展跨学科研究,充分挖掘和利用档案、日记、报刊、口述材料等史料,用教育学理论奠基,用史料夯实研究,以进一步呈现教育部在复杂的政治生态下的曲折发展历程及其与社会的互动关系。The present researches of the central educational administration,especially the Ministry of Education,in the Republic of China,mainly focus on its internal organization and its reforms,the appointment of the Minister of Education,and relations between the Ministry of Education and the universities,non-governmental educational organizations and teacher movements. Methodologically,these researches inherit the methods of the traditional researches of educational institution and ideology.In terms of the research content,homogeneity is quite conspicuous in the researches.Furthermore,a wider range of historical data should have been taken advantage of.Interdisciplinary researches can be conducted by including such disciplines as social and cultural history,and archives,diaries,newspapers and journals,or oral historical narrations should all be explored and employed.Founded on pedagogical theories and supported by abundant historical data,the future researches can be conducted to reveal more comprehensively the tortuous development of the Ministry of Education and its interaction with the society in the complex political ecology of the Republic of China.
