摘 要:多样化发展是当今世界高中教育发展的重要趋势。"关联学习"(Linked Learning)是美国加州高中教育改革中形成的一种教学模式,其目的在于使学生将学术训练与技术学习联系起来,加强学生在各种学习领域的实践经验,为学生完成高中教育和未来从事的职业做准备。关联学习面向全体学生,加强升学就业及职业生涯指导,辅之以学术、技术和实践导向的多样化课程选择,同时要求高中教师、高等教育工作者、雇主、社区领导等共同参与和协作。"关联学习"有利于学生的全面、多样和自由发展,但也存在过分追求办学的经济效益、课程和教学质量难以保证等方面的问题。The diversified development is the important tendency of senior high education in the world. And the "linked learning" is an educational and leaning style formed in the educational reform in the senior high education in California. It is aimed at linking the students' academic training with their technique learning and promoting their practical experience in various learning fields in an attempt to make preparation for the accomplishment of their senior high education and future career. The "linked learning" can strengthen the guidance for the students' enrolment and employment. Aided by the option of various courses with learning, technique and practice as the orientation, it also requires the participation and cooperation among educational workers of senior high schools and universities, employers and leaders of communities in this project. Such kind of learning is helpful for students' overall, diversified and free development. Meanwhile, it has some problems such as too much pursuit for economic benefits and lack of guarantee for the teaching quality.
