摘  要:党的十八大以来,习近平站在治国理政高度,就加快发展现代职业教育作出了重要指示,发表了一系列重要谈话和讲话,形成了体系完整、内涵深刻、逻辑严密的职业教育思想,丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义教育理论,是新时期职业教育改革发展的科学指南。职业教育战略意义论、办学方向论、重大使命论、根本任务论、发展动力论是习近平职业教育思想的主要理论内涵;青年成功成才的"人本论""立德树人"的教育价值观、"人人出彩"的教育公平观、民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"分别是习近平职业教育思想的逻辑起点、支点、主线和旨归;面向未来的战略思维、胸怀全局的系统思维、直面矛盾的辩证思维、以人为本的价值思维是习近平职业教育思想的显著思维特征。Since the party's 18th National Congress, Xi Jinping has been at the height of governing the country and has issued important instructions on accelerating the development of modern vocational education. He has issued a series of important talks and speeches, forming the vocational education ideology with a complete system, profound connotation, and strict logic. The enrichment and development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics is a scientific guide for the reform and development of vocational education in the new era. The strategic significance theory of vocational education, the direction of education, the major mission theory, the basic mission theory, and the development motivation theory are the main theoretical connotations of Xi Jinping's vocational education thoughts; the educational values of "humanism theory""training talents by taking morality as the first"and the educational equality view of"developing everybody's talent" and the "Chinese dream" of the nation's great rejuvenation are the logical starting point, fulcrum, main line, and purpose of Xi's vocational education thoughts; the strategic thinking facing the future, systematic thinking with a full bosom, and confrontation with contradictions, dialectical thinking and people-centered value thinking are the distinctive thinking features of Xi Jinping's vocational education.
