医教协同举办医院教学班的探索与实践

摘　　要：医教协同推进医学教育改革与发展,加强医学人才培养,是提高医疗卫生服务水平的基础工程。四川中医药高等专科学校顺应现代职业教育特别是高等医学职业教育发展新要求,在临床医学专业人才培养模式上大胆创新,充分利用医院临床教学资源,与医院合作开设医院教学班,让学生早临床多临床反复临床,培养学生临床思维能力、实践能力和医患沟通能力。the synergy of medical and educational institutions is not only a basic to improve the level of medical and health services but also an efficient way to promote the reform and development of medical education and strengthen the training of medical talents. Innovation in the mode of training talents of clinical medicine was made to accommodate the development of modern vocational education,especially for the medicine education of higher vocational education. Sichuan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine cooperated with hospitals by setting up classes in hospitals which made full use of the greatest resources of hospitals. In this mode of cooperation,students could do clinical practice earlier and repeat clinical practice conveniently. Furthermore,students＇ clinical thinking ability,clinical practice ability and Physician-patient communication skills were improved.
