摘　　要：引入了一个类似Kloosterman和的特征和,同时利用Gauss和的性质及广义指数和的估计研究了这个和的上界估计问题,并得到了一个较强的上界估计。A new character sums analogous to the high-dimensional Kloosterman sums is introduced.Then using the properties of Gauss sums and the estimate for the generalized exponential sums,the upper bound estimate problem of this sums is studied,and give a sharp upper bound estimate for it.
