高等职业教育供给侧改革的现实困境与创新路径

摘　　要：在我国经济新常态背景下,供给侧结构性改革是高职教育深化内涵建设,实现持续健康发展的必由之路。基于供给侧改革的视角,从制度供给、人才供给、要素供给三个维度剖析现阶段高职教育供给过程中面临的现实困境,并从建立现代大学制度、创新人才培养机制、合理优化资源配置三方面提出我国高职院校开展供给侧结构性改革的创新路径。Under the new normal background of China＇s economy, the supply-side structural reform is the only way to deepen the connotation of higher vocational education and achieve its sustainable and sound development. This paper, based on the perspective of supply-side reform, analyzes the dilemma in the process of supply provided by higher vocational education at the present stage from three perspectives, which are supply of system, supply of talent and supply of factor. And the innovation route was put forward for carrying out supply-side structural reform in higher vocational colleges from three aspects of establishing modern university system, innovating talent training mechanism and rationally optimizing the allocation of resources.
