摘 要:三位农村体育教师的职业幸福感主要来源于对职业的认知和爱、家庭幸福的有效促进、人际关系的和谐、专业成长和身体锻炼自我效能感。三位农村体育教师职业幸福感缺失的原因是校领导对体育的认知不足,体育工作环境较差,工作繁重、琐碎、有压力,农村体育教师待遇低。建议国家建立健全农村教师评估体系,为农村体育教师提供合理化的发展空间;学校除了提高校领导对体育的认知水平和农村体育教师的薪资待遇之外,还应持续改善农村体育教师的工作环境;农村体育教师树立自我发展意识,提高教学能力。Based on the narrative study of the occupational happiness stories of three rural PE teachers,it is found that the occupational happiness of rural PE teachers mainly comes from the cognition and love of occupation,the effective promotion of family happiness,harmony of interpersonal relationship,professional growth and physical exercise self-efficacy.The reasons for the lack of professional well-being of rural PE teachers are poor working environment,heavy trivial and stressful work,lack of awareness of sports by school leaders and low pay for rural PE teachers.It is suggested that the country can establish and improve the evaluation system for rural teachers and provide reasonable space for the development of rural PE teachers.In addition to improving the school leaders'awareness of sports and the salary of rural PE teachers,the school is supposed to continue to improve the working condition and the teachers should also establish self-development awareness and improve teaching ability.
