摘  要:教师教学学术能力对于高校人才培养质量有着直接影响。目前,河北省高校教师教学学术能力在学科知识、观念更新意识等具体维度上水平较高,但在另外一些具体维度上有待提高。整体而言,河北省高校教师教学学术能力与开展教学学术活动的客观要求还存在一定距离。发展高校教师的教学学术能力,需要高校进一步完善同行教学评价制度、健全相关"基础设施"和开展有效的教学活动。The teaching facultyofscholarships in university has a direct impact on the quality of cultivating talents in university. Currently,situation in universities of Hebei province points to the relatively higher level on some specific dimensions ofscholarship of teaching,like subject knowledge,consciousness of updating concept,etc. and undesirable situation on someothers. Overall,there is still a gap between theteaching faculty of scholarship in university in Hebei province and the requirement of conducting relevant activities. Enhancing the teachingfaculty of scholarship in universities calls for further perfecting the peer teaching evaluation system,constructing relevant "infrastructure" and conducting effective teaching activities.
