摘 要:目的探索以团队为基础的(team-based learning,TBL)教学法在高职高专院校内科学教学中的应用意义及其可行性,为内科学教学改革提供依据。方法随机选取本校2015级普通专科临床医学专业2个班,一班作为试验组,采用TBL教学法;另一班作为对照组,采用传统教学法。结果试验组学生学习兴趣、自主学习能力和团队意识以及病例考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.01),具有显著统计学意义,试验组学生的理论成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论TBL教学法在内科学教学中具有可行性。Objective To explore the significance and feasibility of team-based learning in internal medicine teaching in higher vocational colleges, so as to provide the basis for the reform of internal medicine teaching. Methods At random, we selected two classes of Clinical medicine specialty of 2015 grade general college in our school, one class served as the experimental group, using the team-based learning method, the other one served as a control group, using traditional teaching method.mental group, using the Team-based Learning Method, the other one served as a control group, using traditional teaching method. Results The students in the experimental group were more interested in learning, autonomous learning ability and team consciousness than those in the control class. The results of case examination and theory in the experimental group were higher than those in the control class( P0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion TBL teaching method is feasibility in internal medicine teaching.
