摘　　要：抑郁症又称抑郁障碍,是一种常见的、具有慢性倾向的精神疾病,也是一种情感性的精神障碍,以显著而持久的心境低落为主要临床特征。主要的典型症状有情绪低落、苦恼忧伤、兴趣减低以及思维迟缓等,甚至自罪自责、悲观厌世,并且可能伴有饮食下降、睡眠困难等一系列躯体症状。老年抑郁症是指首次发病于55岁或者60岁以后的抑郁症患者,以持久的抑郁心境且伴随着身体和心理机能的退化、记忆衰退等许多老年期特点的一种精神疾病。随着对抑郁症的发病机制和治疗的研究越来越深入,人们发现除了遗传、心理和社会因素以外,抑郁症的发生和神经系统、内分泌系统以及免疫系统都密切相关,其中神经递质学说和内分泌学说最为人们所认可。现对老年抑郁症发病机制涉及的单胺类神经递质进行综述。Depression is also called depressive disorder. It is a common mental disease with chronic tendency. It is also an emotional mental disorder. The main clinical characteristics are marked and persistent mood depression. The main symptoms are depression,distress, sadness, low interest and slow thinking, and so on. Even since the crime, be pessimistic and worldweary. It may be accompanied by a series of physical symptoms such as diet decline, sleep difficulty and so on. Geriatric depression is the first onset of depression after 55 or 60 years of age. A persistent mental state of depression, accompanied by degeneration of body and mental function, memory decline and so on, is a mental disease with many characteristics of the elderly. With the development of research on the pathogenesis and treatment of depression, more and more researches are going on. It is found that besides heredity, psychology and social factors. The occurrence of depression is closely related to nervous system, endocrine system and immune system.Neurotransmitter theory and endocrine theory are most recognized by people. The monoamine neurotransmitters involved in the pathogenesis of geriatric depression are reviewed.
