摘　　要：人类胚胎致死异常视觉蛋白HuR属于RNA结合蛋白Hu家族中的一员。在过去的十几年中,HuR因其转录后调控机制调节癌症相关靶mRNA的表达,在肿瘤的发生发展、血管生成、侵袭、转移以及肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性及耐药性等方面得到了广泛的研究。近年来,越来越多的研究发现,HuR的沉默可以促进肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。本文就HuR在肿瘤对化疗药物的敏感性及耐药性中的研究进展作一简要综述,希望能为临床靶向药物的研究提供方向。The human embryonic lethal abnormal visual protein, HuR, belongs to the Hu family of RNA binding proteins. Over the past ten years,it has been widely studied in tumor development, angiogenesis,invasion, metastasis and drug resistance because it is involved in regulation of the expression of cancer - related target mRNAs via its post-transcriptional regulation mechanism. In recent years, more and more studies have found that silencing of HuR can promote the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs. This review sumnmarizes the research progress of HuR in the sensitivity and resistance of chemotherapeuties to cancer and hopes to provide a direction for the study of clinical drugs.
