摘　　要："三农"问题是全党工作的重中之重,关乎中国特色社会主义现代化建设的全局。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记深刻洞悉我国"三农"工作面临的新形势与新机遇,丰富发展了新时代"三农"战略思想。习近平新时代"三农"战略思想的价值维度是维护亿万农民群众的根本利益与福祉,明确"三农"工作"为了谁"的问题;习近平新时代"三农"战略思想的实践维度是提升农业生产社会化、组织化服务水平,明确"三农"工作"如何做"的问题;习近平新时代"三农"战略思想的目标维度是实现乡村振兴、城乡融合发展,明确"三农"工作"目标性"的问题。习近平新时代"三农"战略思想为推进我国农业农村现代化建设提供了行动指南,对新时期做好"三农"工作具有战略引领作用。The Three Rural Issues is the top priority on the work agenda of the whole Party and concerns the overall situation of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. Since the 18 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has profound insight into the new situation and new opportunities faced by China's"three rural issues",and has enriched the development of strategic thinking on "three rural issues"in the new era. The value of Xi Jinping's strategic thinking on "three rural issues"in the new era lies in safeguarding the fundamental interests and well-being of hundreds of millions of farmers,and clarifying the question of "for whom the work of three rural issues is". In practice,Xi Jinping's strategic thinking on "three rural issues"in the new era is to enhance the level of socialization and organization of agricultural production,and clarify the problem of "how to do"in the rural work. The objective of Xi Jinping's strategic thinking of"three rural issues"in the new era is to realize rural revitalization,urban-rural integration,and clarify the targets of "three rural issues". Xi Jinping's strategic thinking on"three rural issues"in the new era has provided a guide for China's agricultural and rural modernization,and plays a strategically leading role in the rural work in the new era.
