摘  要:大数据时代,高校继续教育必须迎接挑战,抓住机遇,充分利用大数据推动转型发展。继续教育大数据可以实现市场需求分析、推动个性化学习、精准教学评价、决策科学等。但是目前来看,继续教育大数据建设中存在着观念落伍、技术和人才缺乏、费用短缺和隐私侵犯等问题。因此,需要更新大数据理念,完善大数据系统和平台,提高大数据应用能力,保护个人隐私,全面推动继续教育大数据发展。In the era of big data, continuing education in universities must face challenges, seize opportunities and make full use of big data to transform and develop. Continuing education of big data can analyze market demand, promote personalized learning, ac- curate teaching evaluation, make scientific decision and so on. But at present, there are problems in the construction of big data in continuing education, such as outdated concepts, lack of technology and talents and lack of expenses and privacy violations. Therefore, we need to update the concept of big data, improve the big data system and platform, improve the ability of big data application, pro- tect personal privacy, and promote the development of continuing education data in an all-round way.
