摘　　要：以天津市"高职衔接自考本科"项目为例,分析终身教育及经济社会转型背景下高等教育自学考试与职业教育沟通衔接的必要性和意义、内容和特点,从管理队伍、规章制度、专业及课程、师资建设、网络助学、指导监督及评价体系等方面提出具体建议。This paper takes ＂The convergence of higher vocational educationand self undergraduate college＂ project as an exam- ple, analyzing the necessity and significance of the communication and cohesion between the self-study higher education examination and vocational education in the lifelong education, the economic and social transformation background of Tianjin. It sums up its main contents and characteristics. And then it puts forward specific suggestions in these perspectives： the management staff, regulations, Professional and curriculum, the teaching staff construction, the network aids, supervision and evaluation system.
