摘　　要：国家新型城镇化政策的实施和深入推进,必将对我国农村成人教育事业的发展产生深刻的影响。本文在厘清新型城镇化背景下农村成人教育转型发展基本要义的基础上,进一步阐明农村成人教育转型发展的时代特征,并试图探寻农村成人教育转型发展的有效路径。The implementation and further advance of the national new urbanization policy will have a profound impact on the development of rural adult education in China. Based on clarifying the essentials of transformation and development of rural adult education in the context of new urbanization,this paper ulteriorly illuminates the characteristics of the transformation and development of rural adult education and tries to explore effective ways for the development of rural adult education transformation.
