摘 要:根据区块链技术具有去中心化、无法篡改、可追溯和高度信任等特点,本文提出将区块链技术引入学分银行学习成果认证环节,将简化现有学分银行学习成果三级认证组织体系结构,使学习成果认证趋于扁平化管理。学生获得的学习成果(包含学位证书在内)存储在分布式区块链数据库中,不可篡改,可进行有效验证,使得学习成果认证变得权威、透明,认证效率极大提高,认证质量更有保证,优化了学分银行学习成果认证功能,更好地满足个人多样化学习和职业发展需要。According to the characteristics of decentralization,inability to be trampered,traceability and high reliability that the blockchain technology possesses,this paper proposes that the blockchain technology is introduced into the learning achievement certification of the credit bank,in order to simplify the existing three-level learning achievement certification and facilitate the flattening management of the learning achievement certification. All the learning achievements,including the degree certificates,are stored in the distributed blockchain database,which cannot be tampered with,and can be effectively verified.So the certification of learning achievements will be more authoritative and transparent,and will be conducive to increasing the certification efficiency,guaranteeing the certification quality and optimizing the function of credit bank learning achievement certification to meet the needs of individual diversified learning needs and career development.
