摘　　要：校企合作对于社会经济的发展起到了积极的推动作用。同时,在IP时代背景下,知识产权战略是推动校企合作过程中的一项不可或缺的重要环节。因此,无论是高职院校还是企业,必须做好知识产权管理的相关工作。基于此,本文以高职院校中动漫专业为例,对于IP时代背景下高职院校校企合作中的知识产权管理现状进行了详细分析,同时提出了有效的解决策略以加强校企的知识产权管理,从而推动校企合作的深度融合,促进校企合作的顺利实施。Cooperation between colleges and enterprises has played a positive role in promoting social and economic development. At the same time,under the background of the IP era,intellectual property strategy is an indispensable and important link in the process of promoting cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Therefore,whether it is a higher vocational college or an enterprise,it is necessary to do a good job in intellectual property management. Based on this,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of intellectual property management in the cooperation of higher vocational colleges and enterprises in the IP era,and at the same time puts forward effective solutions to strengthen the intellectual property management of colleges and enterprises,thus promoting the in-depth integration and smooth implementation of cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
