专业承诺在高职高专护生职业成熟度与核心自我评价间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的探讨专业承诺在高职高专护生职业成熟度与核心自我评价间的中介作用。方法采用一般情况调查表、大学生职业成熟度量表、护理专业承诺量表及核心自我评价量表对全国10所高职高专院校的758名护理专业学生进行问卷调查,建立和检验专业承诺在高职高专护生职业成熟度与核心自我评价间的中介效应。结果高职高专护生核心自我评价、专业承诺和职业成熟度总均分依次为(2.03±0.55)分、(2.53±0.69)分及(3.18±0.38)分;核心自我评价对专业承诺和职业成熟度均具有直接(正向)效应(分别β=0.16,β=0.19,均P<0.05);专业承诺对职业成熟度具有直接(正向)效应(β=0.48,P<0.05);核心自我评价可以通过专业承诺间接影响职业成熟度。结论高职高专护生职业成熟度处于中等水平;其核心自我评价及专业承诺均处于中等偏下水平;核心自我评价可以通过专业承诺间接影响职业成熟度。专科院校教育者与管理者应采取多种措施帮助高职高专护生更好地了解与评价自我,促进其对护理专业的认同,稳步提升其职业成熟度水平,最终促进护生职业生涯的健康发展。Objective To explore the mediating effect of professional commitment between career maturity and core self-evaluation of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. Methods The general questionnaire, Undergraduate Questionnaire of Career Maturity, Nursing Professional Commitment Scale and Core Self-evaluations Scale were used to investigate 758 nursing students of 10 higher vocational colleges from across China, then we established and tested the mediating effect of professional commitment between career maturity and core self-evaluation of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. Results The total average score of the nursing students＇ self-evaluation, professional commitment and career maturity was 2.03±0.55, 2.53±0.69 and 3.18±0.38 respectively. The self-evaluation directly affected the professional commitment and career maturity （β=0.16, β=0.19, P〈0.05）; the professional commitment directly affected the career maturity （β=0.48, P〈0.05）, but the self-evaluation indirectly affected the career maturity through the professional commitment. Conclusion Career maturity of nursing students in higher vocational colleges is in a medicate level but their core self-evaluation and professional commitment are in a mediate or below level. Core self-evaluation indirectly exerts influence on career maturity through professional commitment. More measures should be taken by college educators and managers to help .junior college nursing students understand and evaluate themselves and to promote their recognition of nursing profession, then stabilize and enhance their career maturity, ultimately promote the development of nursing career.
