摘 要:高校教学团队长效机制建设之于教师教学发展是高等教育中教师组织结构构建的强烈需要,是就业导向下高等教育对教师教学发展的内在要求,是其重要作用发挥的根本,而且面临诸多挑战。教学团队建设长效机制应作用于维系教学团队发展的目标,作用于界定教学团队职能的目标,作用于激励教学团队建设的目标,作用于规制教学团队建设的目标,作用于连通教学团队外协的目标。通过制订本校教师教学发展五年规划、设置教学团队质量评估小组、多部门协同创新教学发展促进办法、形成声誉约束和制度约束规制机制、双赢基础上弹性开展与企业的合作等路径,最终实现教学团队的长效机制建设。The development of the long-term mechanism of college teaching team is a strong need for the con-struction of teachers’ organization structure in higher education. It is the inherent requirement of higher educationto teachers’ teaching development under the guidance of employment. It is the fundament of its important roleand faces many challenges. Building long effect mechanism of teaching team should play a role in the goal ofmaintaining the development of teaching team,defining the goal of the function of the teaching team,acting on thegoal of encouraging the construction of the teaching team,and regulating the construction and the association ofthe teaching team. By formulating the five-year planning of teachers’ teaching development in our school,settingup quality evaluation group of the teaching team,multi-department cooperative innovation teaching developmentpromotion method,forming reputation constraint and institutional constraint regulation mechanism,and carryingout the cooperation with enterprises on a win-win basis,the long effect mechanism of the teaching team is finallyrealized.
