摘 要:教师发展的关键之一是教师学习力的提升.教师学习力包括教师个体学习力和教师组织学习力.教师组织学习力的提升具有重要的意义.提升教师组织学习力的文化方略的主要依据有:教师组织学习力的特点;组织所处文化的结构特性;文化作用的机制.文化方略的构成主要有:教师组织的学习价值观的建构;教师组织的学习文化资源的配置和积聚;教师组织的学习文化情境的创设;教师组织的学习文化骨干的培育;教师组织的学习文化传统的创构.One of the keys of teacher development is the promotion of learning power of the teachers. The learning power ofthe teachers include teachers’ individual learning power and the learning power of the teachers’ organizations. It has importantmeaning of promote the learning power of the teachers’ organizations. The main bases of the cultural strategies for the promotionof the learning power of the teachers’ organizations include: the characteristics of the learning power of the teachers’ organiza-tions; the structural features of culture of the teachers’ organizations; the mechanism of the cultural function. The main culturalstrategies include: to construct the learning values of the teachers’ organizations; to allocate learning culture resources for theteachers’ organizations; to set up learning culture setting teachers’ organizations; to foster learning culture mainstays of learningculture; to create learning culture tradition.
