摘 要:美国督导与课程开发协会(ASCD)是国际大型教育类专业协会之一,旨在提升学习、教学和领导能力的全球共同体,其以“培养学生的核心素养,支持每位儿童的长期发展与成功”为教育使命,以“变革型领导力提升、全球参与、教育公平、教师能力建设、整体儿童发展、学生个人成功和有效教学”为目标追求.其理论聚焦主要体现为:课程改革、学生发展、教师专业发展和领导力塑造.其实践影响主要表现在:有效促进学生学习,持续提升教师教学水平,不断优化课堂管理,积极推动中小学教学的变革.ASCD,one of the largest international association in education, is a global community dedicated to excellence inlearning, teaching, and leading. The association empowers educators to cultivate key competences and support the long-term de-velopment and success of each child, regarding as its objective pursuit the transformational leadership,global engagement,educa-tional equity,capacity building,children’s overall development, student success and effective teaching. ASCD mainly focuses oncurriculum reform,student development,teachers’ professional development and leadership promotion. Meanwhile, it exerts posi-tive influence on such aspects as effectively facilitating students’ learning,continuously promoting teachers’ teaching level, con-stantly optimizing classroom management and positively driving teaching reform in primary and secondary schools.
