摘  要:以"学生为中心"的形成性评价可有效促进教学,为此针对中医诊断学课程特点专门设计了形成性评价实施方案。通过3年的实践和探索,总结了形成性评价在中医诊断学课程中的体系构建、应用状况、问题不足及发展方向,并对实施效果进行了阐释和分析,指出了形成性评价系统设计的方法及重要意义,并提出了形成性评价教学设计由单一课程设计到课程模块化设计和专业培养全程分阶段设计的发展构想。The student-centered formative assessment can effectively improve teaching, therefore, a formative assessment program is designed for the course of traditional Chinese diagnostics. In exploration and practice for 3 years, the system construction, application status, problems and development direction of formative assessment aresummed up in the course of traditional Chinese diagnostics, and implementation effects are explained and analyzed.The method and significance of design and implementation of formative assessment are pointed out. The development conception of formative assessment is put forward: translating teaching design from single curriculumdesign to curriculum modular design, and designing stage-by-stage professional training in the whole process.
