摘  要:医教协同背景下,中医人才人文素质的培养是由高等中医药院校与附属医院共同开展的一项系统工程。校院双方在相互沟通的基础上构建合作育人保障机制,确保中医人才人文素质培养工程的科学性、合理性,双方依据学校、医院、社会三方面资源进行育人实践的探索,形成全面文化育人体系,培育具有高尚医德的当代中医人才。Under the background of cooperation of medicine and teaching, humanities education of TCM talents is systems engineering carried out jointly by higher TCM universities and affiliated hospitals. The safeguardmechanism is constructed on the base of communication between universities and hospitals to insuring thescientificity and rationality of humanities education engineering of TCM talents. An all-round humanities education system has been formed through making full use of resources of universities, hospitals and society forculturing modern TCM talents with decent medical ethics.
