摘　　要：法学是一门应用性很强的学科,法学实践教学是培养法律职业应用型人才的重要教学环节。构建完善的法学实践教学体系才能有效地实现2011年教育部提出的卓越法律人才培养计划。地方新建本科院校在法学实践教学中,应改变重理论轻实践的教学局面;构建科学合理的法学实践教学体系;构建实践教学评价体系。Law is a subject with strong applicability, and the practical teaching of law is an important teaching link for cultivating practical talents of law profession. Only by constructing a perfect legal practice teaching system can we effectively realize the excellent legal personnel training plan proposed by the ministry of education in 2011. In the teaching of law practice in newly-established local universities, it is suggested that we should change the teaching situation of emphasizing theory over practice, should construct scientifc and reasonable teaching system of law practice; and should construct the evaluation system of practical teaching.
