摘 要:学科竞赛是培养大学生创新能力的重要途径,构建了以课程教学为基础、竞赛项目为依托、技能训练为手段和条件建设为保障的"四位一体"创新能力培养模式,并以此模式探讨了创新能力培养的实施过程.采用该模式对培养大学生的创新能力具有明显的效果.Subject competition is an important way to cultivate innovation ability for the undergraduates.The innovation ability cultivation mode for undergraduates based on subject competition is the Four-in-One mode with the foundation of the curriculum teaching,the support of competition items,the means of technical training and the safeguard of condition construction.The implementation process of innovation ability was discussed with Four-in-One mode,obvious effect has been obtained by using the mode to cultivate innovative ability for undergraduates.
