摘  要:通过建立柴油机燃油喷射系统瞬态工况测试平台,对轨压发生突变时燃油喷射系统主要性能参数的变化进行了测量分析研究,并与相应的稳态性能参数进行了对比分析,试验数据表明,轨压突变时的喷油量、喷油持续期和延时特性参数均小于与之对应的稳态下的性能参数,为燃油喷射系统喷油特性研究和控制策略优化提供了测试手段。Main performance parameters of the fuel injection system were studied when the common rail pressure suddenly changed under the transient state. And the results of transient state were compared with the corresponding performance parameters of steady state.The test results show that values such as the fuel injection quantity,injection duration and delay timing under transient state were less than those under steady state. This paper provides measurement method for the injection characteristics study of fuel injection system and the optimization of control strategy.
