摘  要:目的探讨基于微课的翻转课堂在临床医学专业皮肤性病学教学中的作用。方法选取中南大学湘雅医学院临床医学专业五年制和八年制学生,共计121名。随机分成两组,一组为对照组,60人,采用传统教学方法授课;另一组为教改组,61人,采用基于微课的翻转课堂教学方法进行教学。通过调查问卷和成绩测试对两组教学效果进行评价。结果调查问卷显示,教改组学生认为基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式更灵活、自主,能提高学生的学习兴趣、学习效率,有助于自学能力、分析解决问题能力、交流表达能力等综合能力的提高;教改组学生学习成绩明显优于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于微课的翻转课堂在皮肤性病学临床教学中应用效果较好,为皮肤性病学的教学改革提供了新的思路。Objective To explore the role of flipped classroom based on micro-class in the teaching of dermatology. Methods A total of 121 fve-year and eight-year clinical medicine students in the Xiangya School ofMedicine, Central South University were selected and randomly divided into two groups. One group (60 cases) was treated as control group taught by traditional teaching methods. The other group (61 cases) was treated as the teaching reform group adopting the fipped classroom teaching method based on micro class. The teaching results of the two groups were evaluated through questionnaires and performance tests. Results The questionnaire shows that the students in the teaching reform group believe that the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro-class is more flexible and independent, which can improve students' interest in learning and learning efficiency, and contribute to the improvement of comprehensive ability such as self-learning ability, analytical-solving problem ability and communication ability; The academic performance of the students in the teaching reform group was signifcantly better than that in the traditional teaching group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The flipped classroom based on micro-class has a good application effect in the teaching of dermatology, which brings new ideas for teaching reform.
