摘 要:目的探索抛锚式教学在神经内科临床实习带教效果。方法选择遵义医学院2013级在神经内科实习的临床医学专业学员作为研究对象。对照组采用传统的带教方法,即以带教老师的输出性传带为主。实验组采用抛锚式教学法作为带教方法。实习结束后,对出科考试成绩进行分析。结果实验组的出科成绩平均分为(81.15±6.25)分,对照组的出科成绩平均分为(76.49±8.63),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。出科后,调查分析结果显示学生大体上对我科教学方式表示赞同,认可我科教学方法,大部分学生的自主学习能力、医患沟通能力,查询及获取资料能力均取得提高。结论采用抛锚式教学法能提升神经内科实习生综合素质。Objective To explore the effect of anchored instruction in clinical practice teaching in neurology department. Methods 2013 class of clinical medicine students in the Department of Neurology of Zunyi Medical College was selected as the research objects. The control group used the traditional teaching method, that is, the output of teaching teachers. The experimental group adopted the anchored teaching method as the teaching method. After the end of the internship, the examination results were analyzed. Results The average score of the experi mental group was (81.15±6.25) points and that of the control group was (76.49±8.63) points. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). After leaving the department, the results of investigation and analysis show that students generally agree with the teaching methods of our department and approve the teaching methods of our department. Most of the students have improved their abilities of autonomous learning, doctor-patient communication, inquiry and information acquisition. Conclusion The use of anchored teaching method can improve the comprehensive quality of interns in neurology department.
