摘 要:目前高等职业教育与“工匠精神”在融合过程中却面临着诸多困境,包括校园文化未能提供支撑;亟待建设一支“工匠精神”强烈的师资队伍;实践活动中忽视了“工匠精神”培育。高职院校作为我国社会生产与制造业发展的主要人才培养基地,为促进高等职业教育与“工匠精神”的深度融合,还需优化校园与社会环境,培育高职学生的“工匠精神”情操;加快“双师”队伍建设,为“工匠精神”培育工作的开展提供保障;完善实践活动渠道,使高职学生在实践活动中表现“工匠精神”。There are many difficulties in the process of the integration of higher vocational edu- cation and the " craftsman spirit", including the failure of the campus culture to provide sup- port, the social environment failed to play a guiding role, and the strong faculty of the " crafts- man spirit" should be built urgently; in practice, the " craftsman spirit" is ignored. As the main training base for the development of the social production and manufacturing industry in China, the higher vocational colleges need to optimize the campus and social environment, culti- vate the " craftsman spirit" sentiment of the higher vocational students, accelerate the construc- tion of the Double Teachers" team and cultivate the spirit of the craftsman. Provide guarantee for the development of work; improve the channels of practical activities, so that higher voca- tional students can exhibit " craftsman spirit in practical activities.
