摘　　要：住院医师规范培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,对于培训临床高层次医师,提高医疗质量极为重要。占据了医学终生教育的承前(医学院校基本教育)启后(继续医学教育)的重要地位,是医学临床专家形成过程的关键所在。而骨外科学作为外科学中的一门基础学科,在住院医师规范化培训过程中占有十分重要的地位。因其临床实用性性强,且对医师基本功要求高,因此对于如何做好骨科住院医师规范化培训,就成为了教学研究的重点。本文将借此对于首都医科大学附属北京潞河医院的骨外科住院医师临床规范化培训进行深入探讨及研究。Residency standardized training is an important part of postgraduate education for medical students. It is very important for training high-level doctors and improving medical quality. The key position of medical clinical experts is to occupy an important position in medical lifelong education. As a basic subject in surgery, the external science of bone occupies a very important position in the course of standardized training for residents. Because of its strong clinical practicability and high requirement for doctors＇ basic skills, how to do standardized training of residents in department of orthopedics has become the focus of teaching research. This paper will take for bone surgery in Beijing Luhe Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University clinical residency standardized training of in-depth discussion and research.
