摘　　要：医学生进入临床学习阶段后,临床指导教师如何在传授理论知识的同时,指导学生有效参与临床医疗工作,帮助学生巩固基本理论内容、掌握基本操作技能,培养医学生的责任感、使命感尤为重要。文章旨在以住培医生为纽带,通过组建"3个1"的临床带教团队(即由一名临床带教医生、一名住培医生、一名五年制本科医学实习生组成的"1+1+1"临床团队),规避临床带教存在的师资不足的现实问题,使学生在进入临床实习阶段,不再感到困惑和陌生,转变角色,并将基础学习阶段学到的基础理论、专业知识和基本技能熟练的应用到临床诊疗工作中,提高医学生骨科实习效果,培养医学生骨科临床技能。When medical students enter the clinical learning stage, how to instruct students to participate effectively in clinical medical work, help students consolidate their basic knowledge, grasp basic operational skills, and cultivate their sense of responsibility and mission is very important. The purpose of this article is to build resident doctor as a link, to cultivate the clinical skills of medical students in department of orthopedics through the formation of “3 ＆ 1” clinical teaching teams（the ＂1＋1＋1＂ clinical team composed of a clinical teaching doctor, a resident doctor, a undergraduate medical intern）,in order to avoid the shortage problems of clinical teaching doctor , when students enter the clinical practice stage, they will not be confused and unfamiliar., can change the role, and basic theoretical knowledge and basic skills acquired in basic learning are applied to clinical diagnosis and treatment, to improve the practice of orthopedics of medical students and to cultivate the clinical skills of orthopedics.
