高校去行政化与“服务型”行政管理的思考

摘　　要：在我国高校改革进程持续深入发展的背景下,高等院校内部管理趋向行政化的弊端也开始逐渐显露。这不仅在一定程度上阻碍了教育管理制度的改革,也严重影响了高等教育事业未来的发展。因此,本文主要对高校去行政化与"服务型"行政管理进行研究,并结合实际提出开展"服务型"行政管理的具体策略。Under the background of the continuous and in-depthdevelopment of China＇s college reform process, the drawbacks ofthe internal management of higher education institutions havegradually begun to emerge. This not only hinders the reform ofthe education management system toa certain extent, but alsoseriously affects the future development of higher education.Therefore, this paper mainly studies the de-administration and＂service-oriented＂ administration of colleges and universities,and puts forward the specific strategy of ＂service-oriented＂ ad-ministration in combination with the actual situation.
