“阳光体育运动”背景下实施电子化课外体育积分认证模式的应用研究——以中山大学为例

摘　　要：文章主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,在分析"课内外一体化教学模式"内涵的基础上,立足构建与"阳光体育运动"相适应的电子化课外体育积分认证模式,结合中山大学实施了三个学期的电子化课外体育积分认证模式的实践分析,结果表明:电子化课外体育积分认证模式的实施,能让更多的学生走向操场、走进大自然、走到阳光下积极地参加各种体育活动和享受运动带来的乐趣;能更好地提高学生身体素质和竞赛水平,并在此基础上提出了相关建议,力求为普通高校体育教学改革提供有益参考。The article mainly adopts the literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics method to make practical analysis based on the analysis of connotation of the ＂integration of inside and outside class teaching model＂, on the basis of constructing the corresponds to the ＂ sunshine sports＂ electronic sports integral authentication mode, and combining the analysis on electronic authentication mode carried out in Sun Yat -Sen university for three semesters. The results show that the implementation of this mode can take more students out to the playground, into the nature and the sun to take an active part in all kinds of sports and improve their body fitness and competitive sport performance. The paper also puts forward relevant suggestions based on the above to make every effort to provide useful reference for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities.
