摘　　要：基于CMA资质认定的食品检测中心建设是一项技术性很强的工作,实践中有许多问题需要进一步探讨。以武汉职业技术学院食品质量与安全检测中心的建设过程为例,探讨了实践过程中出现的问题及其对策,介绍了食品检测中心建设对于高职院校创新创业教育改革的意义及初步成效。The construction of food testing center based on CMA qualification is a very technical job. There are many problems in practice that need to be further explored. Taking the construction process of the Food Quality and Safety Testing Center of Wuhan Polytechnic as an example, the problems and countermeasures in the practice process were discussed. The significance and preliminary results of the construction of food testing center for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges were introduced.
