摘　　要：医学职业的改变要求医学教育相应变革,使医生能够更有效地参与基于胜任力的临床实践。在以往的医学教育改革中我们着重强调医患沟通、团队合作、风险管理和患者安全,这些方面虽然重要但尚未涵盖最根本的变化:医学实践正迅速从信息时代过渡到人工智能时代,要求医生不仅具有最顶尖的资格认证,还需要具备跨学科的知识,能够高效灵活的运用数据平台,专注于结果分析和表现改进,挖掘基于患者复杂性所产生的大量数据背后潜在的意义。Changes to the medical profession require medical education reforms that will enable physicians to more effectively enter clinical practice.Common themes include emphasis on communication,teamwork,risk-management,and patient safety.These reforms are important but insufficient to address the most fundamental change-the education of medicine practice is rapidly transitioning from the information age to the age of artificial intelligence（AI）.Physicians are required to work at the top of the certificate,have knowledge spanning the health care continuum,effectively leverage data platforms,focus on analysis and improvement,and dig out the probabilities behind the massive amounts of data to patients given their unique human complexities.
