摘 要:PBL教学法是以学生为中心、教师为引导的教学方法,自学及小组讨论是主要的教学形式,PBL教学法在提高学生学习自主性,培养和发展学生的综合能力等方面效果显著,在我院妇产科临床实习教学中应用时间较长。微格教学是指利用录音、录像等多媒体手段,将整个教学过程拍摄下来,然后重新播放,随即以自我评价、学生互评、教师点评的方式,对教学过程进行有效的反馈。本研究对使用微格教学方法联合PBL教学方法和单纯PBL教学方法两组学生进行对比,结果显示采用微格教学方法联合PBL教学方法(实验组)的学生课程考试成绩及问卷调查的各项评分均优于采用PBL教学方法组(对照组)(P<0.05)。表明微格教学训练联合PBL教学方法在妇产科实习学生临床技能训练中的优越性,主要表现在提高学生学习的积极性和自主性以及有效加强临床操作技能训练等方面。PBL teaching method is based on students and guided by teachers,the form is self study and group discussion.The PBL teaching method is greatly improve students' learning autonomy,and comprehensive ability,PBL teaching method is applicated in clinical practice teaching in our department for a long time.Micro-teaching is refers to use the sound recording,video and other multimedia means,film the entire teaching process,then we restart it.During the teaching process,we get the effective feedback by self-assessment,mutual-assessment,and teacher evaluation.In this paper,we compare the two groups students,the experimental group is use of micro-teaching method combined with PBL teaching method,and the control group is use of traditional PBL teaching method.The result is that both the course exam and the score of the questionnaire of experimental group are superior to the traditional teaching method(P〈0.05).The effectiveness of micro-teaching in obstetrics and gynecology clinical skills training is demonstrated.The main point is to improve students' enthusiasm and autonomy in learning and to effectively strengthen the training of clinical operation skills.
